Elena (Alyona) Inozemtseva, Black Russian Caprese Salad

How to make

Wash and slice up the tomatoes and the mozzarella cheese.
Add the tomatoes slices toa a large plate, overlapping it with cheese and the purple basil in a circle.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Add a generous sprinkling of salt and pepper on top

Mozzarella
Purple basil
Virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
